Hank Blumsack, President and CEO
Hank brings nearly 20 years of broad experience in the staffing industry. He has managed the operations for local firms and the sales and recruitment functions in large, worldwide firms. He has specialized in the permanent and contract placement of IT, Engineering, Accounting/Finance and Call Center professionals in a wide variety of industries, including high tech, biotech, financial services, healthcare, and government. Hank is responsible for the sales and recruitment functions of Vesumé, and he is committed to building long-term relationships with Vesumés clients, consultants and candidates.

Jori Blumsack, CPA, Chief Operating Officer
A CPA, Jori graduated magna cum laude from Bentley College. She earned an Elijah Watt Sells Award for her performance on the CPA exam, scoring in the top 125 nationally from over 67,000 candidates. She began her career with Ernst & Young, an international public accounting firm, specializing in financial services and computer auditing. Jori left the firm to become Director of Reporting for Bolt, Beranek & Newman, Inc., a publicly traded high tech/government R&D firm. In this role, Jori was responsible for all internal and external reporting. After leaving Bolt, Beranek & Newman, Inc. after its acquisition by GTE, she worked with small businesses as an interim Controller/CFO. Jori is responsible
for all front and back office operations for Vesumé, supporting the day to day
operations of the company.

Ron DeCoste, Director of Sales
Ron DeCoste has been in the staffing industry since 1997 with broad sales and recruiting experience. His focus has been primarily in IT staffing. He takes an “in the trenches” approach to his work, ensuring that he not only clearly understands his clients’ job descriptions but works closely with the Vesumé recruiters and their identified job seekers to ensure the right match. He takes a methodical approach that emphasizes integrity and value. Professionally, he has consistently been a top performer. In his free time, Ron is the lead singer in a rock band and can be found on the beach with his dog Diesel.

Michele Giglio, Career Consultant
Before joining Vesume, Michele spent almost ten years in clinical staffing. She was responsible for both recruiting and business development. Currently, she is a Career Consultant with Vesume, and is responsible for identifying and qualifying highly skilled candidates. Michele is adept at understanding our clients’ job descriptions and working with The Vesume Group’s Account Executives to identify top talent. She prides herself on her use of innovative tools to her candidates’ advantage. Michele likes to sing, and often entertains the office with her talent.

Mark Gould, Career Consultant
Mark, a local to eastern Massachusetts, has an impressive customer service background with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience. He has recently turned his career towards recruiting, and thoroughly enjoys working with job seekers to find opportunities best matched to their personality and interests. Mark’s career spans several customer service experiences, including inside sales with The Patriot Energy Group. In addition to his seasoned work experience, Mark also has a slew of personal interests, including non-profits, web development, and database administration. When he is not working, Mark enjoys fishing and playing guitar.

Stephen Anglin, Career Consultant
Stephen has over 15 years experience the staffing industry specializing in the placement of IT professionals. He comes to Vesumé with a proven track record based on a strong work ethic, uncompromising values, integrity and a true passion for the IT staffing industry. He has worked for several highly regarded staffing agencies such as: TAC Worldwide Co’s, TAC Engineering Resources, Synergy & Robert Half Technology. He builds strong relationships with his business associates, and is equally at ease interfacing with an entry level candidate or senior level manager. Stephen has been awarded several sales performance awards, including production representing 1/3 of his division’s total billings for both temp and perm operations in a one-year period. Stephen is customer service driven, has an in-depth understanding of the industry, and is uniquely qualified to address the needs of clients and candidates alike.

Lisa Catalano, Career Consultant
Lisa brings more than 15 years of full cycle staffing experience to our team. Lisa has been working with contract and permanent placements since 1997, and has specialized in the placement of Information Technology and Engineering professionals since 1999. Comfortable in agency and corporate recruiting environments, Lisa comes highly recommended by both her job seekers and clients. Lisa takes the time to understand her job seekers and their career aspirations, and then works with our account executives to find the right job match. Among Lisa’s achievements, she has won the #1 National Top Achiever Award in 2000 and 2002, as well as The Presidents Circle Award in 2002. Lisa is a winter sports enthusiast and resides in North Andover.

Michael Isola, Account Executive
Michael has been in the staffing industry since 2006, covering various sectors such as commercial manufacturing, environmental, engineering and professional services. He has worked for several highly regarded companies such as Fidelity Investments and Aerotek. Michael prides himself on being a “blue collar guy with a white collar mind,” allowing him to establish strong business relationships with clients in various sectors and roles. He is adept at understanding his clients’ needs and works closely with The Vesume Group’s recruiters to identify the right talent. He is a team player with the discipline and drive to outwork the competition. Michael is a former high school, collegiate, and semi-professional athlete who enjoys coaching for a variety of local teams, including the Freshman Boy’s Basketball team at Central Catholic High School. When Michael is not working or coaching, he enjoys reading and cooking.

Christopher Zybert, Social Networking Manager
Christopher Zybert is a recent college graduate from Salem State University. Chris graduated magna cum laude, with a major in English professional writing and a minor in Philosophy. Throughout his time spent at SSU, Chris worked as an Academic Mentor for two years, serving as an academic resource for students on campus. He also fulfilled an internship with a local marketing company where he initiated many social networking campaigns for branding and marketing. At The Vesumè Group, Christopher handles all of our online presences, which includes blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter management. When he is not surfing the social web, Chris enjoys writing, reading, long boarding, and catching up on good television.
